Damien Lewis

An award winning journalist and film maker, Damien’s first book Slave, written with Mende Nazer an escaped Sudanese slave, sold over 500,000 copies in Germany alone and sold in over 20 languages. He has since gone on to co-author the brilliant Tears of the Desert, the tale of Halima Bashir’s horrifying experiences as a doctor in Darfur, and Undaunted, the story of the human rights activist Zoya Phan from the Burmese Karen tribe. Damien also writes books about military exploits.
